Lulo / Naranjilla

The Naranjilla fruit has a thin, papery skin that is green when unripe and turns yellow or orange when ripe. Inside, the pulp is juicy, emerald-green, and contains numerous small seeds. The flavor is tart and citrus-like, often described as a combination of pineapple, lime, and rhubarb. The fruit is commonly used for juices, desserts, sherbets, and traditional drinks like lulada in Colombia.
