Red Pulp Dragon fruit

This fruit is better known by the name of dragon fruit and has its origin in Central America.

It has an oval shape with spines on the outside. Within its varieties we can find different ones and these will be differentiated by the pulp inside. From a nutritional point of view, it contains antioxidants in addition to being rich in vitamin C and B, and other minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron.
