Rambutan

The rambutan, also called Ngoh is a tropical fruit native of Asia. The name rambutan comes from the Malay word that means hairy and when you see one, you’ll understand.

Once you peel the skin away, you'll see a beautiful white flesh that has a sweet and sour combination that's pretty unique. It's a close cousin of the lychee in flavour profile but the rambutan is sweeter.
